Do You Ship? 

Yes - we ship anywhere in Canada.

We use Canada Post to ship our products and typically send shipments out every Monday & Wednesday. 

​

Shipping is flat rate $20 or free if you spend over $200.

We ship anywhere in Canada through Canada Post and can also arrange local pick-up within the Durham Region and surrounding areas.

Payment for online orders must be made via EMT (e-transfer) prior to item(s) being shipped.

Discounts

Typically our prices are firm.

We will consider discounts on orders with multiple purchases. Please contact us.

Do you buy collections?

We usually buy directly from suppliers but do from time-to-time seek out collections or bundles to buy.

Why Did Your Prices Go Up/Down?

Prices are dependent on product availability and access to inventory.

Prices go up and down on a regular basis. Typically our prices fluctuate on a monthly basis.

Do you accept returns and/or exchanges? 

Short answer is no, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Because of our limited stock and space we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you believe it is an extenuating circumstance, Please contact us.
